Returns and Withdrawal
We want you to love every piece from Lüner Boutique. If something doesn't fit after all, you can return it under the conditions below.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods. You may inspect the item the way you would in a shop -- trying it on is no problem.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply let us know by email at info@lunerboutique.at (ideally including your order number).
Our Extended Return Window: 30 Days
We go beyond the legal minimum: you have 30 days from receiving the goods to send them back. For smooth processing, please return the item in its original condition with tags attached where possible. This request does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal within the first 14 days.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are excluded from returns once the hygiene seal has been removed.
Discounted (sale) items can also be returned -- your statutory right of withdrawal applies regardless of price.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully check every order before shipping. If you nevertheless receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo -- we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@lunerboutique.at with: your full name, your order number, the reason for the return, and (if damaged) a photo. We'll then get back to you with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed a return address with you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price (including the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days, to your original payment method.
