Processing and Delivery Time
Processing: Once you place your order, we typically process it within 1-3 business days.
Delivery: Delivery to Austria usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the item.
How Ordering Works
Choose your products and add them to the cart. Enter your delivery address at checkout. Pay -- including by credit card, EPS, or other local payment methods. Complete your order, and you're done.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free with us. No minimum order, no hidden costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a track & trace number by email, usually available within 2-3 days of ordering.
Delays
We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, delays outside our control can still occur. If your delivery is taking unusually long, feel free to reach out -- we'll look into a solution right away.
